Hi all,

We are back at The Cellar on Friday 25th June for another session of top notch deep house and tech house business!

Special guests this time round will be Lee Clarke from Chicago House FM (www.chicagohousefm.co.uk) and Ashley Roberts from Fazed Music (www.fazedmusic.com).

Fazed evolved as a brand from the parties of the late 90’s and soon became one of the UK’s most consistent deep house labels. Releasing material from the likes of Demarkus Lewis, Miles Maeda and Natural Rhythm, Fazed shows no sign of slowing down with a string of new releases in the pipeline including one from our very own Kostas G.

Lee Clarke has been rocking parties all over the country for years now and also hosts his own show on Chicago House FM every Saturday afternoon between 4:00-6:00pm.

Wahalla residents Si Yeats and Kostas G will also be on hand taking the main slot for a change showcasing their twisted blend of deep house, tech house and techno!

We are delighted to announce ‘Damien Bailey’ as the latest addition to our roster of artists. Damien’s first release with us will be a remix of John Larner’s track ‘Deep Disco’.

Here is some further information taken from Damien’s Soundcloud page:

Damien Bailey (Special Interest) started out as a DJ with Leicester’s Verbal and Babble Soundsystems and is a well known face on the Midlands Free Party scene. As a founder member of the outfit Funky Transport he went on to form Special Interest with Tom Latham of Smokescreen Sound System. The duo released tracks on renowned labels Mobile Trax, Guesthouse, Tango and Phobic, as well as having a track licensed for the Miguel Mig’s compilation ‘Get Salted’. Damien’s name blew up big time at the start of 2009 with his rework of ‘I like it’ on Tango Recordings which became an underground house anthem over the summer and was licensed to the compilation ‘OM:Dubai’. Other projects and remixes include tracks on Flavour Recordings, Connected Music and Union Recordings. Forthcoming EP’s and remixes due out on Guesthouse, Phobic and Tango.

After an almost 2 year hiatus Fazed Music is back and has now several releases imminent.

These include a 3 track of techy house from Oxford based Kostas G. Kosta’s is co-promoter and resident of the Wahalla parties held in Oxford and have seen many of the top names in underground house grace the turntables from Inland Knights and Asad Rizvi through to the like of Eddie Richards and the guest at this Friday’s 6 th Birthday Party, Terry Francis.
